The Heritage Lakeside Owners Association is dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety and stability of the area, promoting neighborliness and pride among the residents. Active adults enjoy numerous recreational and social activities, which provide a lifestyle that sustain good health, happiness, and camaraderie.
Heritage Lakeside is a gated, friendly, community with tree-lined streets, providing many outdoor amenities: a pleasant lakeside promenade for strolling, walking or running; a community boat for cruising the beautiful 44 acre Lake Heron; a large swimming pool and spa adjacent to a barbeque and picnic area; a tennis court; pickle ball courts; a lawn area with a horseshoe pit; and a putting green for putting/chipping. All of our homes are single story and range in size from 1500+ sq ft (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 car garages) to 2600+ sq ft (3 bedrooms, den, 2+ bathrooms & 3 car garages).
The clubhouse is the center for a host of indoor activities: a fitness center, stocked with up-to-date exercise equipment; a ballroom in which various events take place such as aerobics exercise, cards and games, classes and special programs; a full kitchen; a billiards room; a library and computer center and other rooms suitable for meetings, crafts, or socializing.
Elk Grove is a community of 164,000 residents. It is a progressive and growing city with many activities and events promoted for its citizens. An abundance of restaurants, shops, and local transportation are just a few of the conveniences.
